The role of a Real Estate Agent offers variety and diversity; no two days are the same, in addition to a generous commission package that is uncapped and tax-free. Responding to the changing needs of buyers and sellers often requires adaptability; ideal candidates are required to be proactive, forward-thinking, confident, and competent in negotiating, with great interpersonal skills. With the ever-evolving property market in the UAE, employees are required to keep updated with the latest property trends and changes in the laws to be able to accurately advise their clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively managing a portfolio of properties
• Conducting market appraisals and property valuations
• Arranging and conducting viewings
• Negotiating offers between both buyers and sellers
• Winning instructions and targeting new business opportunities
• Working as an effective team member, assisting others as necessary
• Creating a positive customer experience and managing all inquiries in a professional manner
• Regularly keeping updated on market trends and informing clients accordingly
• Maintaining an up-to-date database
• Developing strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell
• Conducting negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients

Requirements

• Driving License
• Proven experience in sales in Dubai
• Strong negotiation tactics and great interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Organized and efficient
• Available immediately
