The role will include but not be limited to:
- Managing the rental process from advertising to contract signing, including negotiating leases and collecting security deposits
- Regularly liaising with landlords over progress on leasing arrangements
- Keeping up to date with local RERA regulations, compliance, and rental matters
- Conducting market appraisals and property valuations specifically tailored to Palm Jumeirah
- Winning instructions and targeting new business opportunities within Palm Jumeirah
- Working as an effective team member, assisting others as necessary
- Creating a positive customer experience and managing all inquiries in a professional manner
Candidates must possess the following requirements:
- Driving Licence
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new CRM systems
- Ability to work on own initiative and develop new business
- Maintain a high professional profile at all times
- Willingness to work flexibly to provide the best service to clients
