Off-Plan Consultant Vacancy

Espace Real Estate is looking for an experienced broker to join our growing Off-Plan Investments team.

The role of an Off-Plan Consultant offers variety and diversity in addition to a generous commission package that is uncapped and tax-free. We are specifically seeking candidates with extensive experience and a proven track record in Dubai real estate, particularly within Dubai’s off-plan market. Responding to the changing needs of buyers and Dubai’s off-plan market often requires adaptability; ideal candidates are required to be proactive, forward-thinking, confident, and competent in negotiating, with great interpersonal skills. With the ever-evolving property market in the UAE, employees are required to keep updated with the latest property trends and changes in the laws to be able to accurately advise their clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Working as an effective team member, assisting others as necessary
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions in the market
• Creating a positive customer experience and managing all inquiries in a professional manner
• Regularly keeping updated on market trends and informing clients accordingly
• Maintaining an up-to-date database of potential and current clients
• Conducting negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients

Requirements

• Driving License
• Proven experience in sales in Dubai real estate, preferably within Dubai’s off-plan market
• Strong negotiation tactics and great interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Organized and efficient
• Available immediately
