Holding 17% market share in Arabian Ranches and being involved in 1 in every 5 transactions in the community, the role of a Property Consultant at Arabian Ranches offers variety and diversity in addition to a generous commission package that is uncapped and tax-free. We are specifically seeking candidates with extensive experience and a proven track record in Dubai real estate, particularly within established communities like Arabian Ranches and surrounding areas. Responding to the changing needs of buyers and sellers often requires adaptability; ideal candidates are required to be proactive, forward-thinking, confident, and competent in negotiating, with great interpersonal skills. With the ever-evolving property market in the UAE, employees are required to keep updated with the latest property trends and changes in the laws to be able to accurately advise their clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively managing a portfolio of properties within Arabian Ranches
- Conducting market appraisals and property valuations specifically tailored to Arabian Ranches
- Arranging and conducting viewings of properties within Arabian Ranches
- Negotiating offers between both buyers and sellers within the community
- Winning instructions and targeting new business opportunities within Arabian Ranches
- Working as an effective team member, assisting others as necessary
- Creating a positive customer experience and managing all inquiries in a professional manner
- Regularly keeping updated on market trends and informing clients accordingly
- Maintaining an up-to-date database of potential and current clients
- Developing strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell
- Conducting negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients
Requirements
- Driving License
- Proven experience in sales in Dubai real estate, preferably within Arabian Ranches
- Strong negotiation tactics and great interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Organised and efficient
- Available immediately
