We have gone from strength to strength to become one of Dubai’s leading brokerages and are currently looking for talented sales and leasing professionals to join our growing team, who understand the importance of having a strong focus on ensuring clients experience a smooth and straightforward process that is tailored to their needs.

This position offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow within the real estate industry while working closely with an experienced broker. As an Apprentice Broker, you will be responsible for various tasks aimed at supporting the broker and gaining valuable hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Listings Management: Supporting the broker in acquiring and managing property listings and inventory.
Assisting with Valuations: While you will not conduct valuations alone, you will assist the broker during the valuation process, learning from their expertise and gaining valuable insights into the types of properties, the locality, and the industry as a whole.
Personal Buyer Servicing: Contact personal buyers to ensure they are receiving excellent service and schedule property viewings as required.
Calling Market Appraisals: Making daily calls to schedule market appraisals for the broker.

In addition to the above tasks, the Apprentice Broker will assist in the following areas:

Tru Check Properties

The Apprentice Broker is expected to learn from the broker's experiences and closely follow their guidance. The apprentice role provides a mutually beneficial relationship that benefits both parties. The duration of the apprenticeship is estimated to be 6-12 months.
