After visiting Dubai on a weeklong holiday in the winter of 2007, I was so impressed with the city that I immediately planned to move to Dubai. Fast forward just over two months later, I had moved to Dubai and never looked back. What I loved about Dubai then, which is still true to this day, was how forward-thinking the decision-makers were, and how it reflected in the development of the city at a level that is tangible to every individual.
I have particularly had a keen interest in the real estate market of Dubai, and have been closely watching and analyzing the trends throughout its three cycles over the years. Having been a lecturer for over two decades, I decided to transfer my analytical and communicative skills into the property market where I have kept myself connected and very well-informed over the years since 2007.
I am very good with numbers and have a deep understanding of the financial and legal requirements of the field of property investment. I am meticulous, detail-oriented, and conscientious, and I only offer advice that I truly believe would benefit clients. At the end of the day, I see this relationship as a long-lasting one in which I would like to be referred to as a trustworthy resource that one would love to go back to over and over again.
In my free time, I like spending time with my family and friends. I also read extensively on a variety of topics to deepen my knowledge of the world around me. I play volleyball with friends on the weekends and really enjoy the social and physical aspects this great game offers.
