One of the most important and valuable aspects of working for Espace Real Estate is ensuring all of our employees are given the best training and support from the first day they join the company. On arrival at Espace, new recruits will be placed on our “Mentoring Scheme” where they are partnered up with one of our Senior Brokers who will guide them through the training process.
The “Mentoring Scheme” has now been in place for over 8 years and is a tried and tested approach that has seen recruits with little to no experience become some of the company’s top earners, including many of our Senior Sales Managers.
Your Mentor will guide you through all aspects of the job, ranging from colleague introductions to preparing for viewings and valuations and will help you navigate our self-built CRM system. In addition to this, your Mentor will be at your side during all offer negotiations and most importantly, when you meet your client to close the deal.
