Introducing the Mentoring Programme
One of the most important and valuable aspects of working for Espace Real Estate is ensuring all of our employees are given the best training and support from the first day they join the company. On arrival at Espace, new recruits will be placed on our ‘Mentoring Programme’ where they are partnered up with one of our Senior Brokers who will guide them through the training process.
The ‘Mentoring Programme’ has now been in place for over 8 years and is a tried and tested approach that has seen recruits with little to no experience become some of the companies top earners, in fact our Head of Sales and Leasing John Lyons and our five Sales Managers are all graduates of the ‘Mentoring Programme’. We cover all bases relating to the job from being introduced to the team, learning the CRM system, learning all the procedures ready for clients who have properties available for Sale and Rent, preparing for viewings and valuations, negotiating offers and closing deals!
