After finishing my education in Lebanon, I moved to Dubai in 2005 and joined the Food & Beverage industry. During my three years in a sector, where hard work and dedication are all but essential, I was able to climb my way up the management ladder.
I was considering a career change when I was offered a job as a Sales Consultant with Espace Real Estate, I accepted without hesitation and frankly, I have never looked back.
Five years on, I am a Senior Client Manager at Espace Real Estate with an extensive knowledge of the market, both past and present. I feel that this along with my familiarity with Dubai’s different communities, villa types, community charges etc. has been a key factor in my success as a Broker.
I have achieved a consistent sales record through the market’s historic ups & downs, allowing me to relocate my wife and 2 children here. This no doubt contributed to me becoming the top performing Sales Agent at Espace in 2012.
As one of the original team that started in 2009, I played an integral role in establishing Espace Real Estate as one of Dubai’s premier Real Estate companies.
My specialty is villa sales and I work across a broad range of villa communities: Emirates Living, Arabian Ranches, Green Community, Motorcity, Victory Heights, Jumeirah Islands, Jumeirah Park and The Palm.
